Shipping Policy

At www.spinecomfy.com, we are committed to delivering your orders on time, in good condition through our reliable and reputed shipping representative.

• We offer free shipping on all orders throughout India.
• All material will be dispatched from our factory within 72 hrs of confirmed order.
• Depending upon the destination, once the order is shipped by us, it typically takes 7-10 working days for a customer to receive it.
• Each order shall be shipped only to a single destination address as specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
• We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
• While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
• Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please sign the POD (Proof of Delivery) mentioning that the products are not accepted due to damaged conditions. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
• We do not take back the old mattress.
